    The federal law behind the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, they argue, requires that the checks move quickly and efficiently. They point to the fact the law says that if checks aren't completed within three business days, it is the seller's right to allow the sale to go through

    Now why can't the State AG look into the delay the MSP's been experiencing?
