Looks like I will be in Slovenia for a bit this year and am hoping to get in some climbing. The plans so far are not set in stone but at some point I will be in Split. Anyone have any firsthand knowledge of climbing Mount Triglav in Slovenia or have friends there you can hook me up with?
Flying in to Rome to spend some time in Italy before heading to Slovenia.
    Thanks for any info

Don't know anything about the mountain, but I can make an educated guess that it has 3 peaks?

    Три (tri) three
    Глав (glav),
    from главный (glavnyj) main, primary
    and голова (golova) head

The above is Russian, but Slovenian is very similar, enough that locals understood me and I them when I visited years ago.

If you have time, Predjamski Grad is also a cool visit. The name means Castle (or village) in front of the Cave. The reason is obvious from pictures... and there's a cool Robinhood-esque backstory.
