I received a nice Mosin yesterday. A 91/30 Hex with a laminate stock. All matching numbers, and metal and wood in real nice shape. The markings are not too clear but its marked MO 53? I'm not a Mosin expert. $218.26 to my door.

Also got a nice T53 from South Carroll a couple Saturdays ago.

I don't know how to do pics, just posted in case somebody is looking.

Thanks. If you want to have an ID on the rifle post in the C&R section and you might get more responses. Yours sounds like a Double date MO rifle, which is suspected to mean it was a Rifle issues to security forces of the Soviet Union's Ministry of Defense. The Laminate stock implies a late war or post war refurb. Hunt around and you should see another date on it somewhere. Congrats on the rifles!
