Chinese Para SKS Bipods?

I was looking to add a bipod to my Chinese Para SKS and possibly a recoil pad/stock extender. My shoulder was killing me after 500+ rounds at the last shoot... or maybe it was the Magnum coach gun that trashed my shoulder

The question I have is there a better SKS bipods or recoil pads available? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Any parts for my SKS I get from Tapco's Website... When I first got my SKS I ordered a bunch of new stuff from them and never had any problems so I stuck with them. I'm still new to this hobby of collecting/shooting but I like Tapco.

Which reminds me I have an extra Gas Tube Hand Guard(with Picatinny Rail) in Dark Earth if anyone wants/needs it.....

The best bipod I have ever had for the SKS/AK type rifles is the simple Warsaw Pact type that is spring-loaded folding and clamps around the barrel and cleaning rod. They're like 20 bucks or so most places. In my personal opinion, those ones that go on the bayo lug make the gun heavy, ugly, and off-balance.

I like the recoil pads from shooterpads.com. They give you much more protection than just the plain rubber kind yet still seem amazingly firm when snugged into your shoulder.
