The police report says the female agent was standing outside the Malibu with the driver’s side door open when one person pushed to her to the ground from behind. The agent told police that person pulled out a black handgun, pointed it at her and demanded her keys, according to the report.

The agent gave the man her keys, the report says, along with an FBI cellphone. The person with the gun got into the driver’s seat and a second man got into the passenger seat, the report says. The driver drove off, heading east on Constitution Avenue.
