It's pretty easy to get, just a rubber stamp.

Blake does it with a semi auto 2011. Two handed grip, support hand finger through trigger guard. Basically bump firing a pistol. Difference from most is that he actually hits things doing it.

It works really well for me. I can't make regular holster work for me because they stab my gut when I sit down.
Drawback is it's harder to draw but with enough practice, it's manageable.

Gen 3 Glock 19 with a Raven Concealment "Perun". Ammo of choice is Remington Golden Saber 124gr 9mm+p. The gun has an extended mag release, extended slide release and Trijicon night sights.

Not pictured:

One 15 round mag in the gun, one in the chamber and a spare 15 round mag in a belt pouch.
