Moved here over the summer for active duty and was wondering with all the stupid laws if I can sell 30 round mags? I have some new USGI mags in boxes just sitting on the shelf that aren't of any use right now.

Not in Maryland . And the mods posted a notice last week no mags over 20 rounds are to be offered for sale on this forum even if meeting out of state for the transfer .

#1 There is no such thing as an "extra" mag.
#2 No, you can't sell it in MD, however, you could go to the next gun show in PA/VA and it would be perfectly legal to sell there.
