    Important excerpt:
Defendants have not met their burden of producing a “well-established and
representative historical analogue” to the OGM [One Gun a Month] law.

The Court therefore concludes that Plaintiffs are entitled to summary
judgment as to the constitutionality of the OGM law under the Second Amendment

Turns out limiting purchased to one gun a month isn't allowed under Bruen. Order signed by Hon. William Q. Hayes.

Who thinks this is getting appealed?

Obviously will be appealed. They want to drag their ultimate defeat out as long as possible in case the Supreme Court gets stacked.

Very ikely to be appealed and hopefully all the way up so we in the People's Republic of Marylandistan can enjoy the 2nd Amendment more fully.

    And they’ll request a stay.

    And it will be granted.
