    No swinging bag, misses NONE of the brass. Snaps on and off to use and empty.

    But one thing with the Caldwell, if you are shooting from one spot, just unzip the bottom and it piles the brass nicely at your feet, no need to have to stop to empty it.

    That's what I do when shooting off the bench. End up with a nice pile of brass on the bench.

    I've used the velcro brass catcher and I've never liked them. The velcro gets in the way and it slides around (maybe its user error, who knows).

    I saw this updated/improved version from Caldwell and snagged one. It works AWESOME for AR-style rifles (or anything with a picatinny rail). I'm waiting to see if the mounting block comes available to purchase individually so I can put them on all my AR's.
