A new paradox has been discovered... We're going to need Schrödinger for this one, because there's no way that it can be both a Bushmaster, and an HBAR!

oh that's right. I guess there are some people on MDshooters.com that live in other states.

I hope you're being sarcastic? Actually Yes, there are a CONSIDERABLE amount of people on MDShooters who don't live in MD, not to mention the IPs as well. We even have a forum section devoted to other states called "The Neighborhood". This is a huge problem and one of the reasons people from other states don't give a rats ass about MD...we can't think about others. You were being sarcastic, right?

Isn't bushmaster banned by name alone, regardless of HB?

The bullpup Bushmaster M17S is what made the list, but of course not everyone (including the MSP) may know that.

I thought it was the one made by Gwinn called the Bushmaster.... I don't think the "list" or original 94 assault weapons ban list is referring to the Bushmaster 17S bullpup, but I could be mistaken..

You may very well be right, matter of fact I think you are.

Yeah, this looks like something MD would be scared of.

I've got a Windham Bushmaster HBar and it is banned. It's the name "Bushmaster" that makes it so evil. :sad20:

My Colt AR-15 Hbar, not having the name "Bushmaster" on it makes it perfectly legal.

The inmates truly do run the asylum.
