I have a few 5 gallon buckets of 2X fired LC 223 brass. Competed in high power from late 90's until a few years ago. Used to buy once fired LC for <$20/1000. I have held onto it and I am tired of moving it around. I am guessing there are about 3500 brass in each bucket. Is that a good guess? What do you think each bucket is worth? 2X fired is nice, because I have reamed the primer pocket already on this brass. Brass is mix of LC93 or so thru LC04 or so...

My local range charges a $100 a 5 gal bucket for floor sweepings (mixed brass).

Yours might be worth more due to the quality and that its pre-swaged/reamed.

Approximate number per pound = 69...

1x LC is going for $75 - $100 per thousand.

But if yours is 2x, then the primer crimps have been removed, so that is worth something.
