There are no "Ladies" on the SCOUS these days.
CA9 has taken a slight move to the right lately...
I suspect there is a chance that they may let this go to avoid it going to SCOTUS and potentially having a national impact. As happy as I am for everyone in California, I sure would appreciate a SCOTUS ruling that would help us out too.
But in the meantime
This is another example of the NRA ignoring Maryland. How many times has the NRA pushed one of our unlawful laws to any court, much less the SCOTUS. I don't understand why the NRA won't help us out in Maryland.

[Jul. 17, 2018] the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a federal district count injunction against a California law to confiscate firearms magazines that hold over 10 rounds. The Ninth Circuit's 2-1 opinion is here, and the dissent is here. My analysis of the 2017 district court opinion is here.
