    Yes there's several threads out here that state a suppressor or qd mount for a suppressor should be mounted to the shoulder of the barrel. Never use a crush washer for that reason. If timing is required use peel washers or similar.

    Were you able to get a rod down your barrel to check for concentricity?

    Yes - but this was not a crush washer - this was a rubber o-ring.

    Yes the can, extension, and barrel gauged true.
