It's offensive because more people may decide to get trained and arm themselves. As you know, In order to maintain the "balance", Gray can't have law abiding citizen taking up arms.

Any ad that will promote responsibility and respect for firearms is a good ad. Though people seem to take offense, the picture clearly shows a female shooter in a range, with appropriate gear, showing off her target to prove she knows how to shoot.
