I don't know if it's the best or if I just have good luck with it but my noveske afghan barrel is stupid accurate. They're pricey as hell but it seems to be working well.

Noveske/Pac-Nor barrels are solid over-all performers, IMO. Good balance between accuracy, reliability, barrel life. Only downside is cost, and sometimes the feed ramps can stand a bit of polishing up (typically the 300BLK barrels when running subs).

A surprisingly decent barrel for not a lot of coin, the Stag barrels in 4150cmv. I have one with close to 12K rounds down the tube, and while it isn't shooting as tight as it once did, it's still plenty field accurate when the shooter does their job.
