Berretta PX4 Storm question

Do any of the more knowledgable here know if you can buy slide assemblies in different calibers for the PX4 Storm?

I'd like to have the .40 and .45 version of the gun by simply changing the slide, barrel, and spring assembly. Should I just write or visit Beretta??

Give them a call. They should be able to give you the skinny.

I just called Beretta, they say there are differences between the 9mm, .40, and .45 so they do NOT recommend purchasing just the barrell , slide, and spring assembly. Apparently it is just as cost effective to buy the "whole shooting match".

I guess it was worth a shot.
