    Which twist rate would you choose 1/7 or 1/9? also where could I find good quality affordable forend for my ar 15?

    1/7 will feed from 50 - 77 grns well, I'd go with that, as most 5.56 ammo is between those weights.

    Ammo, I've had luck at palmetto state armory before with decent prices.

    BCM is a great company. It was a toss up between them and Spikes Tactical for me.

    1/7 is a good twist. My spikes shoots 55gr pills all day long and is very accurate

    by forend do you mean a rail setup or better hand guard or what?
