What will it take to get Frost out of his position and how much longer do we have to deal with him?
Frosh retires at the end of December. So we just wait him out and watch him cry as his life's work is disassembled before his eyes by SCOTUS..What will it take to get Frost out of his position and how much longer do we have to deal with him?
I believe he retires at the end of the year. To be replaced by another piece of shit. What will it take to get Frost out of his position and how much longer do we have to deal with him?
Now, now, it may not be a piece of sh*t. It could also be a sh*t stain, a sh*t puddle, or a steaming pile of sh*t. Sh*t comes in many different physical forms.I believe he retires at the end of the year. To be replaced by another piece of shit.
I'm just going by the Anthony Brown and Katie OMalley commercials I have seen. But I do see your point. Now, now, it may not be a piece of sh*t. It could also be a sh*t stain, a sh*t puddle, or a steaming pile of sh*t. Sh*t comes in many different physical forms.
Doesn't matter really. They're going to do the same thing New York just did by making every private business a opt in for carrying. Or a felony if your caught in one that doesn't. So you'll basically be able to carry in your car if locked up a certain way when you leave it in there like the new law addresses in NY.What will it take to get Frost out of his position and how much longer do we have to deal with him?
He remains in office until the next AG is sworn in, after the election. He stays in office into January. What will it take to get Frost out of his position and how much longer do we have to deal with him?
Just what we need. Another F***ing Omalley in Annapolis.Katie O'Malley is the favorite right now. She's just as anti gun as Frosh. She will continue his work in the same manner. If Frosh refuses to comply with SCOTUS it's a good bet she won't either.
Based on the briefing schedule for Call v Jones, I think we'll have some finality on G&S at least a month before Frosh leaves office. Bianchi hasn't been scheduled yet, nor has Whalen. I think Bianchi might go quickly; I don't think there's any remaining dispute on facts, only the standard of review change.I suspect Frosh is confident he can resist the Supreme Court until January, thus retiring with his position intact.
Certainly, the next AG will be a gun grabber. Frosh is gone in mere months as mentioned.
Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.

I'm just going to assume for now that ultimately cooler heads will prevail and rule of law will continue. If not, what you're talking about would lead to loss of writ of the Federal government, and catastrophic dissolution of the country. The US would become a nuclear-armed Somalia. Nobody except for a few batshit crazy extremists on the far Right and Left, and a smattering of Nihilists, want that outcome.Aren't briefings scheduled for September? How does that work? I imagine several months of briefs and statements before anything fairly decisive happens, and what form will that take? What is "some finality?"
The POTUS just condemned his own Supreme Court on foreign soil. This is not the stable America of yore.
I'm not sure any court can actually force Frosh to do anything before he retires.
What did Virginia Governor Fletcher do when President Lincoln called on him to contribute his state's quota of troops to put down the rebellion in April of '61? (Hint: he didn't comply.)
Seriously, I would appreciate some real information about how Call v Jones can be expected to proceed.
What exactly happens in September? What then? What will that mean? How many months until the next thing happens? What will that mean? So step four is a Stay, around December, right? Or is that an injunction?
So the Court finally issues a Strongly Worded Note around January, and Frosh thumbs his nose at it? What then?
