hey Mark what area of delta you looking at ? I just moved up here in June. My wife complains about the noise, birds in the am and the insects during the night -why it is just getting to be too much-- After Edgewood this place in like heaven.

Delta Ridge, the new-ish development going up on the ridge line parallel to Main St. We settle tomorrow, then paint, finally move in on Labor Day Weekend.

We were close enough to I-95 in our old house (Aberdeen) that you'd hear traffic 24/7, trains at night, and gunfire/explosions from APG. When we've visited the new house all we hear are the cows, goats, and chickens from the small farm across the street. I think I could get used to that
