Begin releasing all regulated firearms on the 8th day. YOU are allowing the MSP to hurt your business and deny 2A rights. Nothing in the law has changed with regards to the waiting period in Md. The MSP essentially has said if you mail the affidavit in with 8th day release attached to it the MSP will process those applications first. Mark them all 8th day release and release the firearm on the 8th day. Begin doing business as usual, the responsibility falls on the MSP, not you. Rest assured that my next purchase will only be from an FFL who releases on the 8th day.
