ATF Marked F-250

This morning I noticed a F -250 marked on the side police, and then down by the rocker ATF but written out completely as well as some other smaller words or symbols, maybe dial 911, fire extinguisher, call Merrick Garland etc.
This was a dark blue truck, two tone off white custom painted and or lettered with darkened windows.
It was traveling south on 13 this morning near Blades, the vehicle looked official in its capacity but very well could have been some redneck creation or on its way to the metal shop.
Anyone else spotted it yet?

The only thing I ever saw marked ATF was tranny fluid round here.

Ford makes a lot of money selling F-Series trucks to police specialty units. The FBI folks at Quantico had some of the coolest kitted out F-250s I've ever seen.

It was headed south on 13 in DE.
Now might be a good time to check the expirations on all your travel permits and interstate restriction quick cards though. .
