    Finally received my Asbury from Stock Stocks. I can say for the money I was a bit disappointed in the following;

    1. The rear stock was lose, which should have been caught at the factory. Not a big deal as I had to remove the connector joint, drive out a pin, remove the bolt to get to the screw.

    2. My AI mags are so tight it will take both hands to remove, they do not drop freely like the single supplied mag. My mags work and drop freely in my Surgeon BM. Contacted Asbury and they said I may need to flair the opening some more--BS for that. Guess SAC will have see what they can do.

    Other than the above it is nice looking and feeling stock, of which will most likely not improve my shooting ability but will look good. LOL

    Now the continuation of the wait for the completed build.

    Well the 6.5 CM build is done, but apparently the Ashbury needs a new magazine release. Seems the one they installed was too short and would not allow proper feeding of the AI mags. Sucks waiting on a build, sucks more when it is done and waiting a new part for a brand new stock.:mad54:

    Will post better pictures once I receive it.

    Looking at the Schmidt & Binder 5x25 with either the H2CMR or MSR. Still on the fence on which one. Can't wait any longer on NF to come out with a new F1 with more power.
