Has anyone ever used armslist to purchase anything , if so was it good-bad

Its just like any other online auction/sales site. You get some good experiences, some bad.

I have made a few purchases there recently, they have all been local, but they were all positive.

I have looked on there for years and everything appears to be listed at full MSRP, even used items. I haven't seen one "great" deal on there. Right now folks are asking ridiculous prices just like Gunbroker. My advice is to either wait or find something local at a shop. If they don't have it ask them to order it in. You will save money and will be able to see it before you buy. If you can't wait, check the online dealers. They still have stock as long as it isn't black and scary.

Disclaimer... I tend to look at items in MD only so that may explain the higher than normal prices.
