Are guns and ammo really tax free in WV?

RK isn't anywhere within reasonable of central MD. Charleston area, Morgantown area, Beckley area, are all a hell of a drive from anything east of Hancock MD.

Plenty of options in the eastern panhandle of WV. DNA Guns, Valley Guns II, Ray's Guns, Berkeley Springs Trading Post, and so many more.

It is right off of I-79. IIRC, it is the exit for the arena or stadium.
