AR Stripped lower

Thinking about purchasing 10 stripped lowers, and being a designated collector, are there restrictions or legality issues that I should be aware of? I don't think so but it's always wise to ask the question first. Thanks

Being a DC, you should be able to buy as many as you want at one time.
