Here you go: I just learned how to change my own oil last year and I was able to do it by myself with just following both these video's.

my only advise is instead of the painters tape I used a large piece of leather to protect the lower

I used to same two vid's. Guy does a good job of instructing and they have good visuals. +1 for youtube AND Maui

You can find just about all the information you need to assemble an AR on YouTube as well as to swap parts. I used it quite a bit for swapping out parts I wasn't completely familiar with.

I have a complete lower and need some help with the upper like the gas tube barrel/ and nut gas tube gas block handguards and such so I dont have any problems when I first fire it I live about 6 miles from hap baker range in westminster

You actually need someone, with tools, to help you assemble your upper half then. Once the barrel nut is properly installed & torqued, you can probably do the rest of it pretty easily yourself.
