Finally, approval today! Awakened this morning to an approval email. It came in at 7:12am. I was at day 50 from application acceptance. Now to get PA permit when I get card in hand. Florida/Utah permit should be approved by months end.

Yes. Mine was approved on 1/7 and not received in-hand until 1/30. The envelope was postmarked 1/10.

Depending on which USPS distribution facilities your mail goes through between Pikesville and your house, will impact how long it takes. I think the longest anyone has reported was close to 30 days. Generally, it seems like mail going west from Pikesville had shorter delivery times than mail going south or east of Pikesville. I know the main USPS Baltimore distribution center had been reported to have slow processing.

(My in-laws just got a Christmas card from Florida, that was mailed the week before Christmas.)
