I have the same exact timeline as you. Looks like if we would have submitted a day later we would have been approved.

You must have created your app in 2022. Your HGP will begin with #23HGP-#######

Interesting how some get processed a lot faster with later dates. I wonder what the reason is.

I have my permit and only check in here once in a while. Is there a reason the data sheet with all the stats isn't page one? All I'm really interested in is the number of permits issued.

I have no idea the reason. I'm at day 49 after application acceptance. Hopefully within the next few days I'll hear something. I've only seen a few on the forum that went 50 days or over to be approved!

This tracking on here represents a minuscule amount compared to the amount of applications being approved daily. You will most likely get your disposition in a day or so. I heard some get a second investigator assigned for whatever reason but I wouldn’t be concerned unless you have conviction(s) on your record. I know waiting was driving me nuts when I saw a few jump ahead of me. I know the feeling. Post when you’re approved.

That's a great point. It's easy to get consumed with the folks on this forum not realizing there are thousands of other applications being processed. I'm a very impatient person, in almost everything so this is hurting! I am looking for my approval in any day now; no convictions here. I will certainly post my approval!

You should sign up for USPS Informed delivery. It’s free and every morning it will show you what will be arriving in the mailbox that day. At least you will know in the morning and not sit around waiting for the mail carrier and wondering. Then you can get on with your day.
