I had multiple dismissed charges over the years ( no conviction).
I also had multiple dismissed peace orders
( All dismissed on the court date)
My references were contacted and interviewed.
I was interviewed about all prior charges and peace orders.
The most important thing is DO NOT LIE!!!
Tell the truth if u have no conviction and all charges were dropped ...You will be fine, I have not expunged anything on my record. I had all my charges (nolle presecute) layed out. As a precaution I had my lawyer on standby ready to take this to court if need be. However no conviction and no active peace orders prove that the system can be fair sometimes. I am happy to finally be part of the club.
