    Yes, to Clarify: a REAL SOLID BRASS bolt of the appropriate diameter.
    slotted, plain or cross head doesn't matter.
    the head should look like this too. & the diameter the bore about 2/3 of the way out on the "mushroom" to get a good contact angle.

    Rossi RS-22M. It’s a cheap gun so no harm no foul if I booger it up. I definitely don’t want to spend $100+ having a smith do it. Likely not a precision shooter anyways. Just want it as spare to shoot some squirrel and fox.
    Pics will be required. Both before and after of course.
