Any Successful Shed Hunting?

Old bleached out pile. These are the ones tossed by the woods from a year or two ago maybe.

Seems like most I find in the phrag are green even when pretty freshly found.

Bucktown Bobby and the Nutria's

I killed a nutria with a stick once. It tried to attack me and all I has was a stick I found on the ground. I think it was diseased.

Are there still nutria in any numbers on the shore? I've never seen one.

Seems like most I find in the phrag are green even when pretty freshly found.

We generally pick them up in fields.
I notice a lot but not all WT antlers when they're cast tend to face downwards.
Sika sheds seem to face upwards for some reason.
Right now some of the wheat/barley is getting tall as the warm up gets a little greater so any of them are harder to spot.

The DNR says they have been eradicated. I wouldnt be surprised if somebody has seen some tho.

Matched Sika set and another good one with a nice base.
The matched set must have got run over by a sprayer, one was about 8 foot away from the other, face down and just the beam was up the points and base were pushed down flat.

I saw a nutria last May at Blackwater NWR, scurrying down the road along the water line. It was my first time seeing one in person.

Last year my son saw the base of a shed barely sticking out of a muddy spot in my front yard.

A couple weeks ago, as I walked in the yard, I noticed the base of a single antler, pushed into the grass. Deep enough to get missed by the lawnmower. I pulled it out and it has three points.
