Friendly reminder to donate your $15 to the lottery you'll never win...

    Closes August 31.

He who dies with the most preference points wins.
Got picked a couple of years ago but no luck shooting one. Wife’s uncle that lives in Western MD told me last week I’m due again.

My buddy got video of a total pig walking through his yard this year in Meyersville...
A coworker lives in that area as well, and has showed me some pictures of some huge bear is yard. He had on video that was contemplating getting in his swimming pool, he never did, but the video was awesome

BTW - the bottom of your compass home page will show how many lottery points you have...

I just did a preference point this year. I got 5 points.
Thanks for the reminder on points. Just checked mine. Sitting on 8 now. Last 4-5 years, I’ve just done the preference point due to prearranged commitments that I know would prohibit me being able to go if drawn. Perhaps I’ll do the lottery next year.

I've spoken with several people out here and have bears and can't get picked. My buddy carries a revolver hunting because of them. He applied maybe 4 years and never got picked. A few guys I spoken with think they give tags to people they think away from Western Maryland that would have a harder time using them.

I paid $110 for my license and I haven't seen anything but bear poop in the wood and under neighbors fruit trees and never even seen one.
