I don't know about local, but I got a great deal on 1000 rounds of Speer Lawman .45 230gr TMJ from Ammoman.com yesterday. $379 delivered, which was $30-40 cheaper than I was seeing it other places (luckygunner and ammotogo).

Walmart usually has good local prices. Is usually where i get most of my .40 and stuff 100 rounds of .40 is like $29 and 9mm for $20 for federal ammo.
