If you looked up purist in the dictionary, I would venture to say most wouldn't want to he one. The term is used to denote strict adherence to a form.

I like my dedicated Tac-Sol .22lr upper. It allows me to use a real lower for cheap practice and shoot rimfire division PCC. Other than the 1/3 charging handle throw it handles exactly like my 5.56 rifles.
