Apparently my search skills stink. I seem to remember a thread somewhere on here about one of the IPs offering an all-in-one deal on the HQL, including taking care of the fingerprint requirements. Somebody will walk you through all the forms you need and get the application completed and off to MD correctly.
Go to one place, write one check, do everything and just be done with the whole mess in one shot.
Maybe that is just something I wish somebody was selling, but I thought I remember reading it somewhere on here.
I think I don't need the training since I already own several handguns from before the law went into effect, but I do need everything else.
If anybody knows or remembers who is doing that, I'd appreciate it.
