Shooter's Den in Albuquerque confiscated a gun from a customer because it had no serial number. Owner refused to return it until ATF instructed them to return it.
    More detail in the video.

I used to live in Albuquerque, Shooters Den sucks....The owner of this store stole this from him and should be tried as such.

Soooo... this owner just doesn't like money... or the making of it I guess? Seems like a dumbass thing to do.

Well that's disturbing. I visited there last summer while in town. It's owned by a Marine, either full or in part at least. But you can see the Marine Corps imagery is all over.

That won't be good for business. Maybe they plan on catering to libs. Someone should tell them that libs don't buy a lot of guns and ammo. . .

Sounds like he committed a felony or two.

Might be a good time for a public apology and a free mag and holster for the customer that was looking for them.

But libs run that town and it's a magnet for more of them. Conservative friend who lives there says it's headed into Austin-ish territory, culturally. The lefty locusts are swarming.
