Picked one up as well. Took it home, field strip, and cleaning. For the most part looks like a solid pistol. Cant wait to take it out tomorrow and see how she runs.

yes with a quad rail hand guard or a piece of pi rail on the top cover added

What blacktalon said. Midwest industries and and i think manticore make handguards that can accept a reddot. You can also anchor a rail on the cover.

yes but you have to pick the one with the optic mount my next one will be a m85 9MM conversion

After adding the booster some acetone ,sanding and staining I think it turned out ok

Did you have to weld in additional metal to get the stock adapter secure?

There's a 6 degree shim between the folding adapter and the receiver that is mounted to the receiver with locking compound and two screws. There are two more screws that mount the folding adaptor to the receiver through the shim. It's pretty damn durable.
