    Well, after playing around with my TalonP, I started making mods and shooting over a chrony. First I pulled it apart, polished the contact areas of the sears and gave it a good lube. While doing that, I also added a TalonTunes trigger spring and the the top hat orifice kit. I also bought a 3D printed buttstock for $13 bucks which makes it much more comfortable.

    I am waiting for a riser so I haven't mounted a scope on it but, the accuracy using a Bushnell TRS25 was pretty amazing. Here are some of my Chrony results.

    Bottle fill 2800 pounds, top hat orifice .166 H&N Barracuda 30.5 gn pellet.

    Power wheel at 8 = 750 FPS, 38 FPE
    10 = 819 FPS, 45 FPE
    12 = 834 FPS, 47 FPE

    Bottle fill 2800 pounds, top hat orifice .232 JSB King 25gn pellet

    Power wheel at 6 = 771 FPS, 33 FPE
    8 = 858 FPS, 40 FPE
    10 = 897 FPS, 44 FPE

    Bottle fill 2800 pounds, top hat orifice .232 JSB King Heavy .33 gn pellet

    Power wheel at 6 = 740 FPS, 41 FPE
    8 = 830 FPS, 51 FPE
    10 = 924 FPS, 64 FPE
    12 = 930 FPS, 65 FPE
    I shot at 25 yards and all pellets stayed inside of a 1/2 inch with the red dot sight. Amazing. I shot at 50 yards and the difference was about an inch but I could barely see the 3 inch bull at that distance. I then shot at a .032 oven drain plate at both 25 and 50 yards. At .25, I could blow through it with the wheel at 6 with both pellets. At 50 yards I did the same using setting number 10.

    Just for haha's, I got my Crosman Prod .22 (Reg set at 2200) and shot at the plate at 25 yards with JSB King 18grn pellets. They made a big dent but would not go through. I then tried a H&N "Green", no lead pellet which weighs about 12gns. That baby blew through like nothing and the pellets I found looked like I could shoot them again.

    BTW, my DonnyFL Sumo quieted down the TalonP very well. If your neighbors are over 50 yards away, you won't have a problem with it. Everything except the heavy pellets at the top power settings was very quiet.

    I love this gun!:party29:

    Sounds like it's shooting great. Not sure why AirForce guns get so little love. I mean even I always wanted one, but never seemed to ever get one. I guess it's since I mostly buy used and they never seems to come up for sale when I was buying.

    I never wanted one because they aren't repeaters. I guess I forgot that I started off many years ago with a break barrel Diana. The nice thing about them is the simplicity and the light weight.

    I actually prefer the single shot guns. Simple to load and carry un-cocked. No chance of a jam in the mag and I always look for a one shot one kill scenerio.

    But I do think this is what turns a lot of guys away.

    Did you get it from TalonTunes? or some place else? And also are they coming with a 1/2-20 thread o the end now? or did you have to add an adapter?
    I bought it from Pyramid Air and I got my adapter from Donnyfl. I already had a Sumo moderator. Air Gun Depot was selling a Carbine package with an AirForce moderator and a butt stock but I wasn't interested.

    Thanks for the info, you're re-peaking my interest.

    How did the trigger turn out with the TT spring? Estimate pull weight?
    The TT trigger spring made a difference. I haven't checked it with my trigger pull gauge but it is noticeable. I also polished the contact surfaces of the trigger, sear and the other lever in the group and lubed them as well. The mechanism was dry as a bone when I got it.

    If I am pressing the trigger real slow while trying to bench rest hole in hole, I can feel a little creep. when shooting normally, I don't notice it and find the pull to be very good.
