Doesn't the lower have to go through an FFL if it is from out of state? If so, then by the time you pay for FFL fee the price on the lower isn't so good. Correct me if I am wrong please. I wanted to do this before but didn't because of the FFL fee.

For the M4 the code is UPA4 and for the M5 the code is UPA5
THE UPA5 code worked for me at 5pm.

Yes the lower needs to be shipped to a. FFL, the rest of the parts will ship to your house.

You have to put the upper receiver and lower parts kit in your cart before you will see the discount.
There is a limit of 1 per order.
I am trying to order a second set, but its not giving me the discount.
The web site is now telling me that the code is not valid.
