Hmmm, they think they should start a file just in case there is further escalation. Maybe they could contact the Gazette to see what would be the best way to handle these type of things....
Mark your phone calendars! Set your Apple watches!
T-minus one week and counting until the latest episode of MD Democrat Tyranny Time!
The AACo Gun Violence “Prevention” Task Farce takes up where they left off last month, exactly one week from today, Thursday.
Bless their little hearts, they want to make it EVEN EASIER to attend their periodic (regular) meetings:
Each month, until December (when they will deliver their anti-gun owner Task Farce proposals directly to statewide Democrats at the MD General Assembly to convert into Democrat anti-gun bills) they will be experiencing their painful monthly anti-gun cramps at the Anne Arundel County Medical Center, Belcher Pavilion:
Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 6 - 8 PM.
Link to the official Democrat Party Task Farce website:
They really have no idea that the answer is hidden in their name ... "Violence Prevention Task Force" just try to fix the reason that some move to violence! This is a true way to future proof all the work they are attempting. Violence will find a way, stop IT!
haha, "Garnering votes task force" as it is, taking advantage of peoples feelings.
That last paragraph is rich!! Those are the people they let go time and time again. The only ones they don't trust are the heretofore law-abiding who made (a most likely) honest mistake. Those they don't trust and nail to the wall with a million nails and then chest bump and high five about the dangerous criminal they sent to jail for a thousand years.
Thanks Ironpony for posting that AACo SA email (post #168 above) - - like everything else the AACo .gov seems to be virtue-signaling lately: full of irony.
The AACo States Attorney (middle name: “Colt”) says this about recently murdered Annapolis rapper Edward Montreal Seay (“Tre Da Kid”):
“He was on his way to a rap show. He was going to work.”
Good work if you can get it? Extolling virtues and uplifting the community?
“B*tch*s”
“N*gga*s”
“Ho’s”
This “Tre Da Kid” video “directed” by “The Shooter”:
Alleged shooter given the second chance (see AACo SA email below, h/t Ironpony) that States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess wants to spend money on to counsel AACo criminals who steal guns and commit crimes with them (including murder) to ask them to please not do that anymore while you are released to roam the community.
More irony, from the news report above: “The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services says that Davis [the alleged murderer of Tre Da Rapper] had been compliant with his parole responsibilities.”
Yes, yes he was.
Right up until he allegedly committed this murder.
Thanks AACo GVP Task Farce: looks like the citizens of Maryland have to be compliant with Davis’ criminal responsibilities.
$100,000 of MD taxpayer money will buy a lot of “second-chance” murders.
C’mom SA Leitess, can’t you rationalize this about the suspect Davis too: “He was going to a murder. He was going to work.”
The meeting agenda is now online for the next AACo GVP Task Farce meeting!
This Thursday night from 6 - 8 PM at the new location: Anne Arundel Medical Center!
7th Floor Conference Room Belcher Pavilion
The TF meeting agenda this month includes a “Public Comment Period” so this is your first/best opportunity thus far to address the TF about their imaginary issues with safe, law-abiding gun owners.
ALSO: AACo States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess is scheduled to speak about her $100,000 grant to hire a gun prosecutor for AACo (see the email message above in post #173)
Local MDS Minutemen and Patriot Picket are called out to serve as Tyranny Monitors for the TF “breakout meetings” into their six 2A-infringement subgroups during this next public meeting.
Local Patriots are needed in numbers to:
- send a message
- witness tyranny at its inception
- contain this subversive anti-2A circus to AACo
- take lots of pictures, audio and video
- blog your impressions to the rest of MDS about what the leftist TF infringers are doing and saying
Easy access directly from RT. 50, plenty of free parking, Mission BBQ and similar Fellowship Locations just blocks away!
Join us, its easy; nothing required (no speech, sign-waving, etc,) beyond your wise presence, if you only want to observe.
In post #62, there is a chart they are apparently using (sorry I cannot get it to post here), and If I am reading it right (total at the top right of the chart), over the period of time they have listed, guns are only involved in 18% of violent crimes?????
WTF???
Those numbers seem awfully low to garner a task force that ultimately ignores the other 82% of violent crime "involvements".
