On August 14, in a Letter to the Editor, Task Farce Vice Chair Andrea Chamblee responded to the Capital Gazette editorial of August 13 (see above).

The Gazette had characterized Ms. Chamblee’s intentionally vulgar, profane, insulting name-calling attacks, and bizarre sexual references to the genitalia of gun rights advocates - in print and in social media since at least April 16 - this way:

“Chamblee has used inflammatory rhetoric that can make even those who agree with her flinch.”

To put it mildly.

If the local one could have protected their employees from byproducts of that guys lawsuit against them, things would be different. They have no gun stickers up, so they will be safe now.

WTOP ran the same AP story on the air this morning. The broadcast was shorter than the web version, but mentioned the public comments, Pittman's objectives/deadline, and noted that a Facebook page mocking the commission had been taken down.

I found it ironic that the local radio news station is regurgitating an AP story about local news ... where were Megan Cloherty or Neal Augenstein ?

Two things. Could someone post or direct us to where the actual meeting is to be held at due to confusion in previous meetings as to the location. Second would be what type of attire is preferred. PP shirts, we will NOT comply, MD Shooters shirt or should we just go incognito with a Bevis and Butthead wife beater.

Also what time to show up and where for our strategizing meeting.
