For some reason, this article keeps showing up in current news outlets. I posted the same article last week because it showed up on Drudge as current news. It wasn't until after I had posted it that I realized it was dated 2012.

Maybe it's an algorithmon their site that keeps it in "Popular News" since people keep clicking on it. I'm sure other forums are doing the same
