Did search but couldn't find anything specifically on whether a converted Saiga 5.45 (922r compliant, trigger group moved back, pistol grip added, etc.) requires a regulated transfer. I am thinking of selling mine via a private sale and while my guess is that this needs to be done through an FFL, am wondering if anyone knows for certain that this is/isn't the case.
A converted Saiga 5.45 is considered regulated, yes?
