I didn't get the make and model, i just saw that it was a S&W M&P Sport. I think it was a flat top with collapsible stock. You might want to try and give them a shout.

I have an M&P 15 sport. Its a well made and reliable gun. It lacks a dust cover and forward assist. 800 is good price in this environment. I bought mine regulated..... cash and carry would be a plus for sure.
