80% AR-15 Lowers

So these are on sale. Can I get one in the People's Republic of Maryland? If so, what restrictions, and need to know things I "should" know. I sorta went dark after Oct 1st, so I'm not as up to date as I'd like to be.

As I understand they are gtg as long as not made into a banned configuration.

That means you can make a AR pistol, SBR or HBAR as long as the SBR is > 29" and they only have 1 evil feature (folding stock, flash hider or grenade launcher)

BTW if you did not know, you can also buy a new lower and build it into any configuration listed above.
