77R Not Disapproved Status but no email

Today is supposed to be the day. I wake up this morning with no email saying “Not Disapproved”. Hmmm… what’s going on here… so I check online and it clearly says in the status, “Not Disapproved”. I checked my spam folder, nothing.
Anyone else with a similar experience lately?

This just happened to my buddy two days ago. No email but the portal indicates "Not Disapproved".

I wouldn't worry, though. Go back to the FFL and pickup your firearm and be on your merry way.

MSP had, is having, and will have, all manner of tech/manpower issues in the coming weeks/months.

Specifically, they had issues with outbound email for a large portion of yesterday. That system is presumably operating normally once again. perhaps your approval email was lost in that shuffle.

No email. Logged on mine said “initial review not disapproved” picked up my new purchase today day 8. Dealer login no issue.

I suspect that their automated emails are down (again?). Seeing it on a different front - I've been trying to reset my password on the licensing portal since yesterday afternoon. None of the options that are supposed to generate an automatic password reset email are doing anything to actually kick out an email.

I've been trying to login all day and its sends a 2 step verification email to finalize the process. I've supposedly been sent about 30 of them but haven't recieved any.

4th of July included in the 7 days. No email but FFL released it anyway just like what the others above said.

So all is good. Even without the email, as long as you can see “not disapproved” online in your dashboard, your FFL should be able to see it from their end too.
