Please post your recipes for 7.5x55 Swiss:

I have found (BUT NOT TESTED) these:

    168gr Bullet, CCI 200 Primer:
    IMR3031 35gr
    Varget 40.5gr

Any others? Can you verify the above?

For starting 7.5x55 loads I've used the same charge of IMR3031 w/ Sierra .308 180 gr spitzers and bumped the charge a grain with 165 gr PSP's. My experience has been the ogive of the bullets is much different than the Prvi Partizan factory rounds which means the bullets need to be seated deeper than I'd like for the round to chamber in either my K31 or 96/11. I ended up at OAL of 2.890. No pressure signs or issues, but much shorter than factory ammo. I picked up some Prvi 150 gr to try. They will at least produce a shorter round without cramming the bullet into the case so deep, but haven't loaded any yet.

I'm curious what dies you're using (or plan to use). I have a set of RCBS and ran into similar shoulder sizing issues discussed here:

When chambering rounds sized by the dies you have to make absolutely certain you cam the bolt all the way closed before you fire the round - that's VERY important. My first test rounds were so hard to chamber I started running each case through the action after sizing to make sure of fit. A real PITA. I ended up picking up a Lee collet die and dedicating brass to one rifle.
