5.56 platform caliber options

I have plenty of 5.56 ARs as well as a .300 BLK pistol and a .458 SOCOM. For my next build I'd like something else, preferably a caliber that does not need magazine alterations. What's possible?

Wilson Combat has developed a round which looks interesting. It wil get you about an extra 200 fps over the Blackout using a 125 grain bullet. Using same everything as the 5.56 save the barrel. The focus is on high energy super sonic loads, but subsonic suppressed operation needs a faster 1:8 twist. Not sure if this is enough over the BO for you. I was interested in it for 3 gun heavy metal. It doesn't qualify the rifle for that class so I stopped considering it.
