    Hmm, it sounds like two versions of the trust. One with one trustee, one with all of them. Just date and sign the appropriate one and then the other one, and repeat.

    Very interesting. I wonder what the law is on that.

    According to my trust lawyer it's all perfectly legal I think they will find other flaws in the new law before to long.
