We talked about 3d printed glocks and having the serial plate embedded in the under rail area

My questions is if the slide and barrel already has a serial number shown on the side of this canik tp9 competition pistol and from the factory they do not have a plate outside, do I need to find a place inside the frame to place a serial number plate or am I good with the slide being serialized

Technically, the receiver must have a SN engraved. Not the slide.

To the best of my knowledge, you have to have an embedded metal plate to engrave, so a purely polymer lower is not possible to serialize. I may be mistaken though
